Returns Policy

At Foxy Locks Hair Boutique, we hope you are happy with every product you order.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy and wish to exchange a product simply send us the product, within 14 days from the day you receive it, in its original packaging, un-opened, un-used and in immaculate condition.
You will have to pay for the return postage yourself.
If we deem the product to be in re-saleable condition, this is at the discretion of the business. We will then offer you an exchange. 
Unfortunately we can not except any refund or exchanges on any hair extensions/hair pieces or hats due to hygiene reasons. So please double check your shade before you pay for your order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you require help choosing a shade please email Foxylockshairboutique@gmail.com
 
Please note we do not offer a refund in the case of a customer changing their minds on a non-faulty product.
In the unlikely event that the product you receive is faulty, simply send it back to us with the original packaging. We will refund you the cost of return postage. Then we will offer you a replacement.
